Release Notes for HASL 4.10S

1. HASL 4.10S has been optimized to work with SYBYL 6.7+
   
   • Under Irix 6.5 on a R4400 SGI using the -mips3 compiler directive and the Sybyl 6.7 binary libraries for R5000+ processors.

2. The new HASL Multiple-Conformer Protocol (MCP) has been implemented in this release of HASL. This provides a new way to superimpose ligands that have multiple conformers, but for which the experimental bound conformation of all or some of the ligands is not known. The Multi-Conformer Protocol was described by Arthur Doweyko in... The changes to HASL include new menubar commands, 4 new dialogs, and a new tutorial demonstrating the MCP for a set of antithrombin inhibitors.
