HintGrid Source 1

The HintGrid Source 1 parameter indicates the source of the grid data for the first grid in this command. The available options are:

From_Grid_Object indicates that the data is to be taken from an existing InsightII grid.

From_File indicates that the grid data is to be read from a grid file.

Grid Object Name 1

identifier

The Grid Object Name 1 parameter identifies the name of the first grid to use in this command. A grid is given a name when it is created or read into InsightII.

Grid File Name 1

The Grid File Name 1 parameter specifies the file name of the first grid to use in this command. The grid data is read directly from the file rather than from an existing InsightII grid.

The HintGrid Source 2 parameter indicates the source of the grid data for the second grid in this command. The available options are:

From_Grid_Object indicates that the data is to be taken from an existing InsightII grid.

From_File indicates that the grid data is to be read from a grid file.

Operator

enumerated choices: {Subtract|Add}

The Operator parameter indicates the mathematical operation to be performed on the two grids. The available options are:

Subtract subtracts the second grid from the first grid.

Add adds the second grid to the first grid.

Ref_Object

on/off

The Ref_Object parameter controls whether or not the read-in grid object uses an existing object as a coordinate system reference. If On, the retrieved object is aligned with the reference object; if Off, the retrieved object is centered.

Ref_Name

identifier

The Ref_Name parameter identifies a reference object which determines the coordinate system for objects retrieved. The retrieved objects share the coordinate system with the reference object.

New HintGrid Object

The New HintGrid Object is the identifying name to be assigned to the resulting grid from the Difference command.
