The Molconn-Z Developers' Toolkit

The Developers' Toolkit provides the unique Molconn-Z functionality in a programmable form -- ideal for building new proprietary applications in-house or in distributed form. The Toolkit has been validated with:

    Molconn-Z 4.05+

    Molconn-ZTM 4.05+ is a text/keyword-driven program that is designed to cleanly produce formatted output that, in turn, can be imported into sophisticated statistical packages like SAS. Molconn-Z rapidly produces a large collection of non-empirical structure-based parameters useful for QSAR and other computational chemistry technologies. This program reads/interprets molecule input from smiles (using both the Daylight toolkit v473 and OElib from OpenEye Scientific Software), MDL's SDFormat (OElib) and Sybyl mol2 (OElib). It is available for:

    This product will provide a spreadsheet-based graphical-user-interface to Molconn-Z functionality. It will be supported on all platforms where the calculational engine is available.
