ESLC_HINT_GRID_PROPERTIES_HYDRO_POLAR	0	Negative grid values are polar, positive are hydrophobic
ESLC_HINT_GRID_PROPERTIES_ACID_BASE	1	Negative grid values are basic, positive are acidic
ESLC_HINT_GRID_PROPERTIES_HYDROPHOBIC_ONLY	2	Positive grid values are hydrophobic (all polar grid points are NULL)

ESLC_HINT_INTERACTIONS_ALL	0	All interactions are included in map or score; positive = favorable; negative = unfavorable
